Aged 14 days and processed by Springbrook Meats of Elk Mound, Wisconsin.
Beef will be sold by the sixteenth (~25 pounds), eighth (~50 pounds),
and quarter (~100 pounds).
Beef bundles will include approximately 15% prime steak, 15% roast, 55%
burger, and 15% assorted goodness (short ribs, back ribs, meaty shanks,
marrow bones, organs, etc.).
Cost: $7/pound for a quarter; $7.25/pound for an eighth; $7.50/pound for

Don’t want organs or various “assorted goodness”? Add $1.50/pound.
Beef bundles are available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis and
should be ready for pick-up by mid-July. (Bulk beef will be ready again
some time later this summer.)
